Crystal Facility Solutions (CFS) was founded in 2010 and has been providing high-quality services throughout the greater Houston area and neighboring cities ever since. We are committed to customer satisfaction, which is at the core of our business philosophy.
Our company specializes in three primary service areas: Janitorial Services, Transportation, and Maintenance. Our well-trained, experienced, and dedicated staff members are committed to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Our cleaning departments are managed by professionals with over 12 years of experience, who personally engage with our clients to ensure that service quality standards are consistently met. They are also the primary points of contact for school administrators and facility managers if our proposals are awarded.
We offer a wide range of services, including daily and nightly cleaning, weekend cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet shampooing, and floor waxing (VCT). We prioritize using the highest quality products available in the market, including green and environmentally friendly chemicals. To maintain this quality, we collaborate with well-established and reputable companies for product distribution and work with professional partners during the recruiting and training processes.

Our quality control team continuously evaluates service performance through unscheduled inspections and regular visits (daily, weekly, and biweekly) conducted by trained supervisors. We strictly adhere to our clients’ cleaning specifications and promptly address any reported issues.

Building Inspections and Reports: Detailed assessments and documented work orders. Corrective Actions and Follow-Up: Swift resolution of issues, followed by feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
At Crystal Facility Solutions, we use a cloud-based time-tracking and scheduling tool that seamlessly integrates with payroll and accounting software. This system securely tracks and reports data while being easy to use. The mobile app enables time tracking, GPS location monitoring, photo attachments, schedule assignments, and various workforce management tasks. This technology streamlines our operations and enhances our ability to manage teams efficiently.
